Executive recommendation

Recommendation

Start at GOOD+: the GOOD foundation, plus three BETTER modules pulled forward (a report-template library, honest comparison pages, and the four-release PR sequence). Promote to BETTER around day 90 only if five measurable gates pass. Park BEST until Android, a live integration and real customer proof exist.

This is a smaller start than the brief imagines, and the reason is in the data rather than in caution. Search demand for what ScribeCam is barely exists yet. Search demand for what ScribeCam's customers produce (roof inspection reports, WDO termite reports, move-out checklists) is real and winnable. The plan is built around that gap.

What the research changed

  1. The category has almost no search demand. The 21 category terms total 1,090 searches a month. Field documentation software gets 10; AI inspection report gets 10; ScribeCam gets 0. Verified
  2. Demand lives in the documents customers already write. About 40,080 monthly searches sit in rankable template, checklist and vertical terms. The easiest are in pest control: WDO inspection 1,900 and NPMA 33 1,300, both at difficulty 11. Verified
  3. Pest control goes first, not roofing. ScribeCam's first live customer is a pest control company, and a compliant termite inspection form is on the roadmap. The vertical with the proof is also the vertical with the easiest search demand. Reported · 9/10 call
  4. The site starts from zero authority. No ranking keywords, no Search Console or GA4, and the only links are 77 spam domains. Nothing can be measured until tracking exists, so tracking is week one. Verified
  5. AI engines don't see ScribeCam yet. The visibility score is 2.7; ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity mention it for 0 of 9 tracked topics. They cite Fulcrum, ServiceTitan, CompanyCam and statistics roundups instead. Each of those can be targeted. Verified

Where this plan disagrees with the brief

The brief saysThis plan saysWhy
Build a subdomain (resources.scribecam.com)Serve an independent engine at scribecam.com/resourcesSame independence through a Vercel rewrite, and every earned link strengthens the domain that holds /trial. Section 9.
Evaluate a second GBP at John's locationDo not create oneJohn works from home in Florida with no customer visits. That fails Google's rules and risks the main profile. Build his founder entity instead. Section 8.
BEST = 20–30+ assets a monthVolume follows demand, which is cappedThe rankable universe supports roughly 80–120 distinct high-intent assets in year one. BEST should add data, tools and proof, not more articles.
Dental and medical as priority verticalsExclude for nowScribeCam claims no clinical market, and patient-video capture brings HIPAA duties nobody has scoped. John and counsel decide.
Content hard cost = 5% of retailTrue for software cost, not for the workEvery asset still needs a human approval. That is 12–50 hours a month of Bryan, John and Tom time the 5% figure leaves out.
PR #3 announces Bryan as CMOHold until the paperwork is signedThe consulting and CIIA agreements arrived 9/14 unsigned, and the 9/9 recap calls the role Head of Marketing. Settle the title before it goes on the wire.
SEO as a growth engineSEO as the trust and proof layer behind outboundAt under 2,000 category searches a month, organic won't deliver 1,000 customers alone. It makes every outbound touch, AI answer and investor diligence check land better.

Decisions needed this week

  • Bryan Approve the GOOD+ start, the /resources decision and the revised cost lines.
  • John Approve one Vercel rewrite, a Search Console DNS record, GA4, and the product-claims list every page is checked against.
  • Tom Confirm the Santa Rosa office facts: street address, permanent signage, staffed hours, and whether customers visit.

Since the August audit ScribeCam has added a crawler-friendly robots.txt, a sitemap, llms.txt, canonicals and Organization schema. Those are real gains. What's missing is measurement and anything that earns authority.

Retail value, hard cost, margin

Economics

Bryan's model separates retail value from hard cost. That split matters more than usual here. The 9/10 call agreed ScribeCam gets a cost-based license to Bryan's platforms: the company pays for the gas, not the car Reported · 9/10 recap, agreements unsigned 9/14. If the signed agreement says the same, ScribeCam's cash obligation follows the hard-cost column, and the retail column is a record of contributed value.

Notes on the model

  • Link building. Keep Bryan's tier prices, but spend on editorial, association and partner links: PCOC and NPMA member resources, NRCA, the North Bay Business Journal, the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber, app marketplaces. Paid dofollow placements break Google's spam policy and turn up in an acquirer's diligence. Never promise a link count to anyone outside the team.
  • The 77 spam domains. Watch them; don't pay to clean them up. Google mostly ignores this pattern. Disavow only if Search Console shows a manual action.
  • Platform constraints today. The BonsaiX™ platform has no free site-project slots, its AI-suggestion pool is spent, and the GBP autoposter has stalled account-wide. Early GBP posts and on-page changes are Kai-drafted and placed by hand. The plan doesn't depend on those features.

The 14 deliverables

1 · Recommended tier

GOOD+ fits because three things are true at once. Demand is small and concentrated. Nothing can be measured yet. And the product surface is still moving: Android starts this month, the termite form and the ServiceTitan app are both in progress. Writing 20 pages a month against a product that changes monthly means rewriting them.

Promote to BETTER when all five gates pass (review 12/10–12/14)

  1. Search Console, GA4 and the trial-signup conversion event have run for at least 45 days.
  2. At least 20 non-branded keywords rank in the top 20, or non-branded impressions pass 1,000 a week.
  3. Organic brings at least one trial signup a week across weeks 10–12.
  4. Median approval time is three business days or less. If it is slower, more volume only builds a backlog.
  5. The first customer story is approved for publication.

Don't start BEST until

  • Android has shipped.
  • At least one integration is live and approved for multiple customers.
  • There are three or more publishable case studies and 25+ App Store ratings.
  • John has approved a policy for using aggregate, anonymized report metadata in research. Report content is evidence and never leaves the product.

Through 10/15

2 · First 30 days

Week 1 · 9/16–9/22

  • Bryan decides on this plan. Approval requests go to John and Tom.
  • Search Console domain property through a Cloudflare TXT record, once John approves.
  • GA4 plus three events: trial request, App Store click, contact submit.
  • Add /trial to the sitemap. Return a 404 for the empty /use-cases page, or redirect it.
  • Freeze the baseline snapshot. Draft claims registry v1 for John's review.
  • Tom answers the office eligibility questions (section 7).

Week 2 · 9/23–9/29

  • Create the resources repo in the ScribeCam-Inc org and a Vercel project, and test the /resources rewrite on a preview.
  • Schema, breadcrumb, author and CTA components.
  • Draft profiles for G2, Capterra, Crunchbase, LinkedIn and Product Hunt.
  • Send John a spec for an App Store rating prompt after a user's third completed report.
  • If the office passes the test, Tom creates the Santa Rosa GBP and verification starts.

Week 3 · 9/30–10/6

  • Publish the pest control pillar, the NPMA-33 guide and the termite inspection report template.
  • Draft PR #1 and send it to John for quotes.
  • Send John an LCP fix spec for home and /trial (hero media and font loading).

Week 4 · 10/7–10/15

  • Publish the roofing pillar, the hail damage inspection guide and the roof inspection checklist.
  • Publish ScribeCam vs CompanyCam, fact-checked, with no pricing claims until pricing is final.
  • Release PR #1 once approved.
  • First monthly report and the day-30 scorecard.

10/16–11/14

3 · Days 31–60

  • Content: property management and HVAC pillars. Move-in/move-out checklist, property condition report template, HVAC maintenance checklist, WDO inspection guide.
  • Evidence hub: "What is verifiable field evidence?" and "How to verify a ScribeCam report." John reviews both.
  • Comparison: ScribeCam vs SafetyCulture (iAuditor).
  • Entity: team page with Person schema for John, Tom and Bryan. Aligned LinkedIn and Crunchbase profiles. PR #2 (Tom).
  • Reviews: milestone-triggered request workflow live. App Store prompt ships if John approves.
  • Proof: interview the pest control customer for the first case study, with written consent.
  • AI citations, wave 1: statistics roundups, GoAudits roundups, a Forensic Notes guest article pitch.
  • Local: weekly GBP posts, if the profile is live. Day-60 scorecard.

11/15–12/14

4 · Days 61–90

  • Content: construction and home inspection pillars. Punch list and daily report templates. ScribeCam vs Fulcrum.
  • Statistics page: a sourced field-documentation statistics page built for AI citation.
  • Integration: a ServiceTitan workflow guide describing only what works today. Integration pages wait for ServiceTitan's approval.
  • PR #3 (Bryan), once the gates in the economics section clear.
  • Engine: decay detector and 90-day refresh loop live; AI visibility re-run.
  • Decision: run the tier gate review 12/10–12/14, then the day-90 scorecard.

Phase 2

7 · Santa Rosa GBP action list

Eligibility gate: Tom confirms all four before anything is created Gated

  1. A real ScribeCam office at a street address, not a virtual or mailing address.
  2. Permanent signage with the ScribeCam name at that address.
  3. Staffed by ScribeCam people during the hours listed.
  4. Customers actually visit for demos, onboarding or training.

Google's rules: a business must have a location customers can visit, or travel to customers. A co-working office must keep signage, receive customers and be staffed during business hours. A virtual office isn't eligible. Status today: Tom offered office space on his Santa Rosa floor on 8/26 Reported; the address, signage and staffing are unknown.

Be clear about what this profile is for. Local search demand for software is essentially zero: santa rosa software gets 10 searches a month and software company santa rosa gets 0. The profile is a trust and entity asset. It gives ScribeCam a verified place on Google Maps, a brand panel, a home for reviews from local customers, and a grounded location that AI answers can cite. It won't drive leads by itself.

If the gate passes

AreaAction
OwnershipTom is primary owner; Bryan (bryan@scribecam.com) is manager. Created under a ScribeCam Google account, never a personal one.
NameExactly ScribeCam. No keywords or city in the name.
Primary categorySoftware company. The only valid software categories are Software company, Computer software store and Software training institute, and only the first is true.
Secondary categoriesNone. Adding a false category is a suspension risk and gains nothing.
AddressThe verified GBP string becomes the canonical NAP, copied exactly into schema, press releases and directories.
HoursThe hours the office is actually staffed. Nothing wider.
PhoneA ScribeCam business line with a 707 number, not a personal cell.
Websitehttps://scribecam.com/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=gbp-santa-rosa
Appointment linkThe demo booking or trial page, UTM-tagged
DescriptionKai drafts 700–750 characters: what ScribeCam does, who it serves, iPhone availability, Santa Rosa base. No claims outside the registry.
ProductsScribeCam for iPhone; report verification; team accounts, once pricing is final.
ServicesOnboarding and training; custom report branding.
Photos / videoExterior with signage, interior, team, real app screens, real field captures, and a 30-second capture-to-report video. Logo and cover image.
Q&AAnswer from the website FAQ if Google still shows Q&A for the profile; availability has been changing.
PostsWeekly, drawn from the content multiplication flow. Drafted and placed by hand while the autoposter is stalled.
ReviewsCompliant request flow (section on reviews). Every review gets a human-approved reply within 48 hours.
Bing PlacesImport from GBP after verification.
Apple Business ConnectTom claims the place card; matters for iPhone-only users on Apple Maps and Siri.
CitationsData aggregators, then the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber, North Bay Business Journal directory and Sonoma County listings, with an identical NAP string everywhere.

If the gate fails

Create no profile. Build local entity signals without Maps: Santa Rosa as headquarters on LinkedIn and Crunchbase, city-level address in Organization schema, and Santa Rosa and North Bay press. Revisit when the office is real.

A service-area profile is possible only if ScribeCam staff routinely travel to customer sites, as Tom did for the first onboarding. For a software company that argument is thin. Not recommended as the primary route.

8 · John McKinley GBP eligibility

Recommendation

John's location does not qualify. Do not create a second profile.

Google's testJohn's locationResult
Customers visit, or the business travels to themHome office in Florida; engineering and product work Reported · 8/26 callFails
Staffed during stated hours, with customer accessA residence, not open to customersFails
Permanent signage at the addressNoneFails
A separate business or eligible departmentSame company, same product; one profile per businessFails
Service-area business with hidden addressScribeCam doesn't travel to customers from thereFails

The risk goes past a rejected listing. A second profile for the same business at a residence invites video verification and a duplicate-listing review. Profiles managed from the same account can be suspended together, so the Santa Rosa profile would be exposed too. And a Florida home profile has no search demand to win.

The stronger alternative: John as a founder entity

  • Team page with Person schema: name, role, worksFor ScribeCam, sameAs links to LinkedIn and Crunchbase.
  • LinkedIn headline and current role naming ScribeCam; matching Crunchbase person record.
  • PR #1 tells his story and fixes the John → ScribeCam association on indexed news pages. Today that association doesn't exist anywhere on the web Verified.
  • An author page at /resources, with John bylining the evidence and seal explainers where his expertise is real.
  • A short on-camera explainer on how the seal works, for YouTube and the evidence hub.
  • Guest appearances on pest control, roofing and field-service podcasts.
  • If Florida customers arrive, Florida becomes content (for example storm documentation), never a Business Profile. Re-check eligibility only if a staffed Florida office opens.

Phase 3

9 · Subdomain vs subdirectory

Decision

Publish at scribecam.com/resources/, run by an independent engine behind a Vercel rewrite. Fallback: resources.scribecam.com.

Bryan's reason for a subdomain is independence: a publishing engine that moves at its own speed without touching the main site. A reverse-proxy rewrite delivers exactly that. Content lives in its own repo and deploys on its own schedule; only the URL sits on the main domain.

FactorSubdirectory /resourcesSubdomain resources.
Google's official positionSupportedSupported. Google says both work Reported
Authority compoundingLinks to templates strengthen the domain that holds /trialSignals build partly separately; weaker compounding in practice
Starting pointscribecam.com has zero earned authority, so every link countsSplits a very small pie
Competitor evidenceCompanyCam publishes at companycam.com/resources/blog, with 558 ranking pages Verified
IndependenceSeparate repo, CMS and deploys through a rewriteSeparate by default
Setup costOne rewrite rule in ScribeCam's Vercel project, approved by John onceOne DNS record
Search Console and analyticsOne property, one GA4 streamA second property to maintain
RiskA bad rewrite could affect the main site, so test on a preview firstLow
Exit valueOne consolidated domain assetTwo assets to diligence

Case studies of blogs moved from subdomains to subfolders often report gains, but they're anecdotal and confounded. The call here rests on the zero-authority starting point and the fact that independence comes for free. If John won't approve the rewrite, use resources.scribecam.com. Pick "resources" over learn, insights or fieldguide, because it keeps a later move to /resources a one-line redirect map.

Publishing environment specification

NeedSpecification
OwnershipEverything lives in ScribeCam-owned accounts: a GitHub repo in the ScribeCam-Inc org, the ScribeCam Vercel team, and ScribeCam's own Search Console and GA4. Content must be ScribeCam's asset at exit.
CMSAstro with MDX content collections, managed in Git. Kai publishes through pull requests. Add Keystatic later if Tom wants a visual editor.
URL map/resources · /resources/industries/<vertical> · /resources/templates/<slug> · /resources/guides/<slug> · /resources/compare/<slug> · /resources/integrations/<platform> · /resources/glossary · /resources/authors/<name> · /resources/research (BEST)
TemplatesPillar, guide, template download, comparison, integration, glossary, author. Frontmatter requires cluster, pillar, primary keyword, intent, funnel stage, CTA and claims used.
SchemaArticle, BreadcrumbList, Person for authors, SoftwareApplication (iOS, App Store link) on commercial pages, Organization referenced by @id from the main site. FAQPage only where a visible FAQ exists; Google now shows its rich result almost only for government and health sites, so its value here is machine readability. No LocalBusiness until a GBP is verified.
Internal linkingUp to the pillar, across the cluster, out to templates. A keyword-to-URL anchor map with a cap of one automatic link per target per page.
Related contentSame cluster first, then similar-content matching.
Canonical + sitemapSelf-referencing canonicals; /resources/sitemap.xml added to the main robots.txt, which ScribeCam's build generates, so John approves that line.
Feeds/resources/rss.xml; IndexNow ping on deploy.
Metadata + OpenGraphTitle and description linted in CI; OG images generated at build.
ImagesAVIF/WebP with explicit dimensions and lazy loading below the fold. Real field captures only, never fabricated app screens.
CTAsComponents for Start trial (UTM-tagged), template download (ungated by default) and Verify a report.
AnalyticsThe main site's GA4 property, plus scroll depth, download and trial-click events.
Quality gates in CIClaims linter (banned phrases, unverified claims), schema validation, link check, frontmatter completeness, noindex on drafts.
Merge rulesCODEOWNERS: Bryan approves content; John approves anything touching product, security or seal claims. No self-merge, per the ScribeCam engineering safeguards.

Phases 7, 11, 12

10 · Automation architecture

Scoring

priority = volume score × intent weight × product fit × winnability + AI-citation bonus + sales-signal bonus. Intent weight runs 1.0 for commercial, 0.7 for template, 0.4 for informational. Product fit is 0 when ScribeCam can't honestly do the thing. Winnability comes from difficulty against current authority. Anything with fit 0 never enters the queue.

The claims registry

ScribeCam sells evidence, so a wrong sentence costs more here than on a normal blog. Every draft is checked against one file John approves:

  • Verified claims: iPhone only, iOS 16.4+; video with photos taken mid-recording; online report plus PDF; every edit saved as a new version; SHA-256 fingerprint with device signature and independent timestamp; free public verification; works offline.
  • Blocked until true: Android availability, integrations, pricing figures, customer names without consent.
  • Banned: "legally admissible"; healthcare claims; the invented "Scribe It" button (the action is Create Report).

Strategy notes

Phase 5 · Clusters, not posts

Content architecture

Every supporting asset links up to one commercial pillar and across to the templates in its cluster. No asset ships without a named pillar, a primary keyword or AI-citation objective, and a CTA.

Pest control & termite

Pillar: AI field reports for pest control and termite inspectors

  • NPMA-33 completion guide
  • WDO inspection: what to document
  • Termite inspection report template
  • Wood destroying organism report explained
  • California Section 1 vs Section 2 findings, for Santa Rosa-area operators
  • Documenting a re-treatment or follow-up visit
  • Using ScribeCam alongside PestPac, FieldRoutes or GorillaDesk (workflow only)

Roofing & storm damage

Pillar: AI documentation for roofing contractors

  • Hail damage roof inspection guide
  • Insurance roof inspection: what adjusters need
  • Roof inspection checklist + report template
  • Before-and-after roofing documentation
  • Documenting change orders on a roof job
  • Roofing estimate template
  • ScribeCam vs traditional roofing photo apps

Property management

Pillar: AI inspection reports for property managers

  • Move-in / move-out checklist
  • Property condition report template
  • Property condition assessment explained
  • Rental property inspection checklist
  • Documenting security deposit disputes

HVAC & plumbing

Pillar: Field reports for HVAC and plumbing teams

  • HVAC maintenance checklist
  • HVAC inspection checklist
  • Plumbing inspection checklist
  • Attaching reports to ServiceTitan jobs
  • Service report template

Evidence hub (runs across all clusters)

Pillar: What is verifiable field evidence?

  • How to verify a ScribeCam report
  • Photo timestamps vs cryptographic seals
  • Chain of custody for field photos
  • Field documentation statistics

"Court-grade" and similar language needs counsel review before it scales into hundreds of pages. The August flag to drop "legally admissible" still stands.

Deferred or excluded

  • Dental / medical: excluded. No clinical market is claimed, and HIPAA duties are unscoped. The site's llms.txt still lists "healthcare"; John should confirm or remove it.
  • Solar, landscaping, electrical: low fit today.
  • Facilities & restoration: deferred to BETTER.

Phase 6

Local SEO

Santa Rosa first, but as an entity, not as keyword pages. The measured local demand for software is near zero, so "[service] in [city]" pages would be exactly the thin content the brief rules out.

  • Santa Rosa: GBP if eligible, Chamber membership, North Bay Business Journal coverage, the team page naming the Santa Rosa base.
  • Sonoma County / North Bay: customer stories from local operators, such as the first pest control customer if consented. Useful as proof; tagged with location in schema.
  • Bay Area and beyond: a market page only where there are customers, local regulation or real local data (for example California WDO Section 1/Section 2 reporting). Each needs a customer example, local specifics and an FAQ, or it doesn't ship.

Phase 9

AI search / GEO

AI engines answer from sources they trust and from facts that agree with each other. ScribeCam needs both: consistent facts everywhere, and presence on the pages AI engines already cite.

Entity facts, stated identically everywhere

QuestionAnswer to publishStatus
What is ScribeCam?An iPhone app that turns an on-site walkthrough (video, photos and spoken narration) into a finished written field report, sealed so anyone can verify it hasn't been altered.Verified
Who is it for?Field professionals who must turn what they observed into a report: pest control and termite inspectors, roofers, property managers, HVAC and plumbing technicians, construction teams.Verified
What problems does it solve?Hours of after-hours report writing, and reports that can be disputed.Verified
How does it work?Walk the site, talk it through, tap Create Report, review and send. The report comes back as a link and a PDF.Verified
How does it compare?Photo apps store pictures; ScribeCam writes the report and seals it.Needs the comparison pages
Where is it available?United States, App Store, iPhone. Android in development.Android reported 9/10
What industries use it?Pest control first, from the first live customer.Reported
Why is it credible?On-device cryptographic seal with public verification; named founders; customer stories.Founders and stories not yet public

Fix these inconsistencies first. Google's indexed snippet says "iPhone or Android" while llms.txt says iPhone only. llms.txt lists healthcare, education and government. Google still shows an old page title ("Walk. Talk. Done."). Organization schema has no founders or address.

Beyond Google

  • G2 and Capterra profiles. AI engines use review directories heavily for "best app for X" answers.
  • Product Hunt launch once Android ships, for a second news cycle.
  • App Store listing text aligned with the entity facts; the listing is itself a cited source.
  • Track monthly across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Mode with the existing 27 tracked prompts, adding pest control and roofing prompts.

Phase 10

Integration content

ServiceTitan is the right first integration moat, but its long-tail search demand is thin today: servicetitan integrations 170, servicetitan app 170, servicetitan hvac 70, servicetitan plumbing 20, servicetitan inspection 0 Verified. The value is buyers already inside ServiceTitan, the marketplace listing, and servicetitan.com being a top-cited AI source (25 citations).

Phase 11

Review engine

Flow: customer milestone → request → right platform → human-approved reply → testimonial record with consent → case study candidate → social and GBP content.

  • Trigger: third completed report, and 14 days active. Everyone who hits the milestone is asked. No satisfaction pre-screen, no sentiment routing.
  • Where: App Store for iPhone users, through Apple's native prompt, which can't filter by sentiment. G2 for account admins. Google only for customers who've dealt with the Santa Rosa office, once the profile exists.
  • Replies: Kai drafts, a human approves, published within 48 hours, negative reviews included.
  • Compliance: no incentives tied to reviews, no gating, no employee reviews. That follows the FTC rule on consumer reviews (16 CFR Part 465, in force since October 2024) and Google's policy against review gating and incentives.
  • Testimonial database: a consent flag per quote; nothing public without written permission. Report content and customer media never become marketing without explicit sign-off.

Phase 12

Content multiplication

One approved customer interview becomes:

  1. Case study
  2. SEO article in the customer's vertical cluster
  3. Proof point on the vertical pillar
  4. FAQ answers
  5. GBP post
  6. LinkedIn post (company page + Bryan)
  7. Facebook post
  8. 30–60 s short video
  9. YouTube long-form
  10. Email to trial users in that vertical
  11. Sales one-pager
  12. AI knowledge-base entry (llms.txt and entity facts)

Kai drafts every derivative from the approved source within 48 hours. Each one inherits the source's consent scope: if the customer approved a quote but not their name, no derivative shows the name.

Sources, method and open questions

  • Measured 2026-09-15: domain analysis, backlinks and indexed pages; 123 keyword volumes and difficulty (US); AI visibility overview, tracked queries and citations (90 days, project created in August); App Store lookup; robots.txt, sitemap, llms.txt, schema and tracking scan of scribecam.com; local Lighthouse 12 mobile lab runs; Google Business Profile eligibility guidelines (support.google.com/business/answer/3038177); a CompanyCam organic profile.
  • Reported, not independently confirmed: John's Florida location (8/26 call); pest control first customer, termite form, Android start, cost-based license (9/10 recap); "Head of Marketing" wording (9/9 recap); agreements sent unsigned (9/14 email).
  • Unknown: Santa Rosa office address, signage and staffing; whether ScribeCam already owns a Search Console property; field Core Web Vitals; App Store Connect access; results of the first customer onboarding.
  • Keyword volumes are third-party estimates. Treat small numbers (under 50) as "near zero," not as exact counts.
  • Evidence ledger fingerprint: SHA-256 of the measured data behind this document is 3ce6f95828270e4505c4e667f4ead48e35120138873a1088639c87259c566759. If a number in the document changes, the fingerprint changes.
